Since 1975 up today IPM Group of Companies maintains its activities with the production and export of raw perlite ore in the Aegean and Middle Anatolia regions.

IPM Group carry on his works in a licensed area of about 10.000 hectares in Izmir – Bergama – Kınık (Yuntdag ) region where very rich perlite reserves are available. Here, several operational quarries are producing perlite ore for various purposes at 12 different locations. The Group has an annual production capacity of 300.000 mt of perlite ore for filteraid , construction, agriculture, cryogenic, foundy, textile , glass and ceramics purposes. IPM Group meets 70% of the filteraid raw material requirements of the European market.

As a result of geological studies and drillings made in the region, our companies continues its studies for the perlite reserves determined in 9 different areas as planned for the next 10 years. IPM Group of Companies , with its wide machinery park for production and with a total of 100 regular staff , is the leading firm of the sector in Turkey.

IPM Group exports its products from Dikili port which is within its business enterprise . The loadings with 20’ containers are arranged from İzmir Port, Nemport Port Operations & Private Warehouse and transportation A.Ş. as well as from TCE Ege Containeral terminal Operations A.Ş. located in Nemrut Bay / Aliaga region and delivered to worldwide destinations.
